Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT

Also known as Tapping

EFT is a stress reduction technique, by tapping with fingers on part of the face & body, (see image below), that stimulate the acupuncture points which can lower the intensity of emotions and thoughts. 

 

EFT is a non invasive technique to help with daily stresses, anxiety, trauma, pain, pretty much anything causing distress in life. This can include past experiences and working with the inner child. 

 

In a session there is some discussion around the presenting issue and then guided by what comes up for you in which we tap on. 

Once learnt it can be in your toolbox in supporting you day to day.
