Mindfulness
A time to be present purposely with compassion
You may have heard of mindfulness and think is all about being aware especially of breath. This is part of it. There is a little bit more to it.

I've trained to teach mindfulness skills in which I guide you through an 8-week course, either in a group or one to one at 1 to 2 hours per week. It is a progressive course to teach both theory and practice of mindfulness. These courses can be made bespoke to you and your needs looking more at anxiety or depression or the length of courses.

Each week you'll learn practices and theory and be able to share and discuss what you have learnt and experienced. It isn't a sit back and listen course, you are fully involved. There is home experiments to practise during the week and come and share the following week.

We cannot stop life struggles, pains and heartaches, yet we can deal with them differently. With practice, like going to the gym but for your mind and internal world, you can build resilience, self-compassion and care for you. In turn this will spill out to your external world creating better relationships, less stress in work and home life.
